Effective 31 March 2007, the New Brunswick Securities Commission ceased issuing certificates under subsection 97(1) of the Securities Act (certificates of no default). Individuals seeking information relating to a reporting issuer’s status may refer to the Reporting Issuer List below.

The New Brunswick Securities Commission maintains a reporting issuer list that identifies:

1. reporting issuers in New Brunswick.
2. New Brunswick reporting issuers that have been noted in default of certain requirements of the Securities Act, and
3. New Brunswick reporting issuers whose securities are the subject of a general cease trade order by the New Brunswick Securities Commission.

The Reporting Issuer List is compiled on Friday of each week, and will appear on this website by the following second business day.

Although every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of this list, the New Brunswick Securities Commission cannot guarantee its accuracy. A reporting issuer that does not appear on this list or that has inappropriately been noted in default should contact the New Brunswick Securities Commission promptly.
